1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the services provided by RepuShield AI (“RepuShield”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have full authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Description of the Platform

RepuShield AI provides a cloud-hosted software-as-a-service platform that enables business owners to manage customer reviews through a two-branch review gate. The service includes: a mobile-optimized review gate at a unique URL per location, private interception of negative feedback (1–3 stars), redirection of positive feedback (4–5 stars) to Google Business Profile, a proprietary Neural Mediation de-escalation engine, a QR code studio for print collateral, and a management dashboard with real-time telemetry.

3. Permitted Use & Important Limitations

RepuShield AI is a private feedback interception system. The service is designed to help businesses collect and resolve customer complaints privately before they escalate to public platforms. You agree to use RepuShield only for legitimate customer relationship management purposes.

You may notuse RepuShield to solicit, fabricate, or artificially inflate reviews, incentivize reviews in violation of Google's policies, or mislead customers about where their feedback is being submitted.

4. Customer Data & Content Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all intercepted feedback data, business settings, and configurations stored in your RepuShield workspace. RepuShield AI claims no ownership or commercial rights over customer feedback data collected on your behalf.

We process customer complaints strictly to provide the interception, analysis, and de-escalation services you request. We do not sell, rent, or license this data to third parties.

5. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Payments

Free Plan: Our Starter plan is provided free of charge and includes 1 business location, 1 review gate URL, and full core functionality.

Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis ($49/month) or as otherwise specified at checkout. Payment processing is facilitated via Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. You retain Pro privileges until the end of the active billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the RepuShield platform to:

• Fabricate, purchase, or artificially generate Google reviews.
• Publish defamatory, illegal, or fraudulent content.
• Perform automated denial-of-service or scraping attacks against platform infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or access unauthorized platform source code.

7. Availability & Service Level

RepuShield AI leverages enterprise edge infrastructure designed for 99.99% operational uptime. While we implement continuous automated monitoring and multi-region redundancy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RepuShield AI, its officers, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to RepuShield during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
